Opportunity to work in a general maintenance environment Job Objective: Maintain residential tower facilities, equipment, and common areas in optimal operating, safety, and aesthetic condition. Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on common areas and building systems. * Address resident maintenance reports and requests for common areas. * Electrical systems (lighting, outlets, panels). * Lighting systems for common areas. * Perform painting, patching, and minor finishing work. * Maintain maintenance logs and report incidents. Requirements * Technical degree in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * 1–2 years’ experience in building, condominium, or residential tower maintenance. * Basic and residential electricity, plumbing, and general building maintenance Skills * Customer service and courteous interaction with residents, activity follow-up, problem solving, teamwork, responsibility, honesty, ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,288.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
