




**Location:** Mérida **Business:** Nestlé **Years of experience:** 4 to 6 years **English:** Intermediate\-Advanced **Objective:** Ensure channel growth with the customer by defining strategies that increase product presence and turnover, coordinating the sales process and identifying new business opportunities, establishing medium and long\-term relationships with customers and creating synergies aligned with customer growth strategies, all in order to meet assigned targets while consistently following Nestlé corporate principles, building and generating value across the entire chain in line with the Nestlé Business Model. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and propose annual and monthly strategies for key accounts within the division, for each client. * Coordinate and suggest setting monthly and annual sales forecasts for their accounts; considering market changes, new customer projects and category development * Design and execute commercial plans aligned with the business unit's strategy to achieve annual sales objectives (sell in and sell out) and allocate the necessary resources to accomplish them. MOGE control * Maintain optimal communication with various areas of the Division and the rest of the company. Monitor sales performance, collections and service levels for their accounts, analyzing deviations and acting promptly to correct negative trends and reinforce positive ones. * Ensure execution at the point of sale of national and regional plans per chain, directing the Operations team. * Develop the potential of their team by identifying improvement areas for collaborators and providing tools to support their development, together with their Line Manager and HR. Manage and control the TTS budget. Administer it efficiently to maximize its impact on NNS sales. * Comply with the International Code of the World Health Organization (WHO) on the Marketing of Breast\-milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and Nestlé's Policy on the Marketing of Breast\-milk Substitutes, any amendments, and relevant government regulations in each activity inherent to this position. * Identify business opportunities by analyzing, building, coordinating and establishing strategies aligned with the customer according to Nestlé category plans, ensuring brand growth to meet each category's objectives. * Design and execute commercial plans for the customer, coordinating each category within the customer, aligned with Business Unit strategies, to achieve annual sales targets (sell \- in and sell \- out). * Control the TTS budget for all categories under their responsibility. Manage it efficiently to maximize its impact on sales. * Manage the use of information within the sales management system. (TTS, both internal and external information systems.) * Negotiate commercial agreements between Nestlé and the customer through a One Face to Customer approach, in order to align, coordinate and establish processes with different customer departments (Purchasing, replenishment, operations, credit and collections, marketing, Supply Chain, sustainability, etc) **What will make you successful:** * \+5 years of experience in sales roles * \+5 years of prior experience managing wholesale accounts * Planning and designing promotional strategies * Advanced Excel skills (numerical analysis) * Advanced negotiation skills * Strong analytical and prioritization abilities * Excellent strategic planning capability
