Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced surgical nurse to assist in spinal and osteosynthesis procedures, performing preparation, instrumentation, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * 1 year of professional experience as an instrument or circulating nurse. * Experience: * Disinfection and cleaning of equipment. * Surgical handwashing. * Operational management of hospital areas. * **Nursing Technicians with degree and license are welcome.** * **Experience in instrumentation for osteosynthesis and spinal procedures.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assisting physicians in the operating room during the various procedures we provide: spinal and osteosynthesis. * Verifying and confirming appropriate materials and sufficient supplies for surgery. * Disinfecting surgical instruments before and after intervention. * Preparing the operating room. * Receiving and handing over instruments during the shift. * Performing administrative tasks within the hospital upon completion of surgery, including position-specific administrative duties (surveys, billing, referrals). * Cleaning instruments and packaging them for return to the distribution center upon completion of surgery. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Continuous training and updating on various techniques and procedures. WE OFFER: Base salary \+ PL \+ uncapped commissions per surgery. Training on various systems and procedures. Position Type: Full-time. Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term.
