




Job Description and Responsibilities * Design an efficient and cost-effective machine based on the project objective. * Develop prototypes to test designs. * Manage assembly, testing, and improvement of transferred machines. * Support production in the use and repair of machinery. * Ensure machine maintenance is performed correctly. * Ensure documentation is up-to-date and properly stored. * Ensure inventory control is implemented correctly. * Supervise engineers to meet departmental objectives. * Review and approve engineering and technical work. * Monitor training progress and, if necessary, instruct technicians. * Define an efficient maintenance procedure and schedule. * Monitor machine performance and take action to improve it. * Generate and maintain updated maintenance and engineering documents. * Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality, safety, or efficiency issues. * Communicate and record problems and solutions. * Lead departmental improvement projects. * Support feasibility studies during the introduction of new projects. * Coordinate activities to comply with applicable legal requirements. * Coordinate and supervise compliance with applicable legal requirements for the area. * Coordinate activities to achieve ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and IATF16949 certification. * Ensure confidential information is properly protected and safeguarded. * Communicate with senior management regarding departmental issues and changes. * Set an example for department staff by complying with company requirements. * Submit monthly reports (KPIs, project status, training, CAPA) to management. * Present project proposals (purpose, cost-benefit analysis, schedule). * Develop the annual project plan and development budget. Experience and Requirements * 2+ years in automation or engineering positions. * Implementation of automated systems and machinery in manual processes. * Project planning and team supervision (Desirable). * Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance for machines (Desirable). * Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and sensors. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). * Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). * Proficiency in PLC programming language. * Root cause analysis, cost analysis, FMEA. * Lean Six Sigma (Desirable). **SKILLS AND ATTITUDES** * Leadership, organized, logical, punctual, responsible, goal-oriented. * Strong communication: approachable, receptive, respectful, clear, assertive. * Ho-Ren-So (report, notify, consult).
