




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for electronic security systems, responsible for installations, diagnostics, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role involving field visits and customer support. *International headhunters* are supporting a leading Electronic Security company in Mexico, seeking talent for field-based roles. **Responsibilities:** · Work with complex systems and/or perform electromechanical installations on scanners, X-ray equipment, video surveillance systems, alarms, networks, etc. · Diagnose technical errors and issues and implement specific solutions. · Provide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for such equipment. · Produce timely and detailed service reports. · Be able to spend most of the time outdoors and manage a small inventory and tools, delivering service and customer support during field visits. · Follow all company field processes and protocols. **Requirements:** Minimum one year of experience performing industrial, electrical, and/or electronic maintenance. * *PLC programming and automation knowledge is mandatory.* * *Valid driver's license.* * *Willingness to travel.* * *Must reside in the area due to the nature of the service.* **Education:** Completed degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Recent graduates with strong motivation to develop experience and skills are welcome. English **Intermediate\-Advanced**, capable of conducting an initial conversation/interview. **Competencies:** Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills. **We Offer:** Monthly base salary: commensurate with skills and experience, between $16,000\.\- and $18,000\.\- Statutory benefits, life insurance, and monthly mobile phone allowance. **Work Location:** Progreso Port Customs, Yucatán.
