**Job Description:** We are looking for an **Engineer with knowledge in photovoltaic solar energy** to join our after-sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling and following up on post-installation services, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper system operation. **Responsibilities:** * Handle technical reports and coordinate diagnostic or maintenance visits. * Verify performance of installed systems. * Conduct on-site technical inspections and service reports. * Support troubleshooting, warranty claims, and post\-installation adjustments. * Provide technical support and guidance to customers. * Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Energy Engineering, or related field.** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **photovoltaic solar systems**. * Ability to solve technical problems and provide customer service. * Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD (desirable), and solar monitoring tools. * Valid driver's license and availability for field work.
