YUCATAN req29958 **Financial Services Division** We are looking for a: Subdirectorship of Auto Segment Education: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering with specialization in Finance, Economics and Administration, or Commerce. Master’s degree in a related field is mandatory. (Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 5 years as Director or Subdirector of a Brand within automotive groups; Director or Subdirector of Commerce within automotive brands; or Director or Subdirector of Commerce within leasing companies, financial institutions or Fintech firms offering mass-market products. Knowledge: Automotive market sales by region, automotive leasing, financial analysis (income statements, balance sheets, debt capacity), credit bureau review, direct knowledge of key clients; direct relationship with automotive dealerships and suppliers; participation in strategic closings; commercial leadership and execution; management of strategic channels; field commercial role; high decision-making ability; proactivity and discipline; clear communication and strategic leadership. Client, channel, and commercial team management in the South and Southeast regions of the country. Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Intermediate English (mandatory).
