Responsibilities and Functions: - Design and implement content strategies for group brands. - Plan content production, participate in, and supervise its execution. - Strategically publish content and manage the digital community. - Analyze competitors and trends to continuously improve and adapt content. - Prepare digital community reports for decision-making and content evaluation. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Experience: 2 years in similar positions. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in social media platforms and activity scheduling. - Excellent copywriting skills. - Basic video editing (CapCut or similar). - Fundamental photography knowledge. - Disruptive creativity, organization, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. - Appreciation for editorial, minimalist, and clean design. - Comfort on camera for organic content creation.
