We are seeking a responsible individual for purchasing equipment and/or services from suppliers at the best price consistent with quality, reliability, and urgency requirements of the request. This position will execute transactions for locations in Southern and Northern Latin America (including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, among others). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Purchase of equipment, materials, and/or services for internal customers; process previously approved purchase requisitions. * Resolve outstanding invoices for payment in coordination with Finance. * Comply with the Quality Assurance program and policies and procedures established by internal policies. * Assist and/or guide internal customers regarding procurement processes when required. * Support strategic procurement managers in requesting quotations. * Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal departments—including Corporate and operational areas—in creating Purchase Orders. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree required; degrees related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred. * Prior experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Oracle is preferred. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred. * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in Procurement or Logistics is required. * Strong communication and analytical skills. * Motivated by consistently achieving objectives and goals. * English language proficiency at an Intermediate to Advanced level. **WE OFFER** Competitive salary + Benefits exceeding legal requirements (Major Medical Expense Insurance, Savings Fund and Savings Account, Life Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Vacation Bonus, etc) Work location: Northern area of CDMX, near Refinería metro station (100% on-site)
