PLAN DE AYALA SUR 3 ***Must have experience in the automotive industry and in this position*** **Education:** Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering) **Experience:** 3 years leading sales teams Familiarity with the state’s geography and coverage zones Route opening Personnel management Recovery of overdue accounts receivable. **Responsibilities:** Identification of potential customers. Review and follow-up on collection of sales made. Organize and schedule orders jointly with various departments. Market opening and prospecting. Establish innovation processes that drive continuous improvement. Achieve established sales targets. Sales Development Customer Service. Experience supervising sales teams Sales experience, preferably in lubricants Experience in Cambaceo Proven and successful experience managing remote work teams. General branch administration. Personnel management. Prior experience developing and implementing processes to drive results. Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills. Willingness to travel.
