We seek a Procedures Manager for municipal, state, and federal procedures, as well as circulation card (TIA) procedures, etc. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Experience managing procedures before Federal, State, and Municipal authorities * Registration and deregistration with the SCT (Secretariat of Communications and Transportation) * Application for all permits required for proper business operation * Municipal, State, and Federal License procedures * Application for Packaging Permits, ownership transfers, purchase and sale transactions, notary registrations, review of outstanding debts from other states, license plate changes from other states, release of vans by IMOVIQROO, and acquisition of transportation permits. * Desirable: Experience in Airport Procedures (ASUR), TIAS, Operating Licenses, TAGS, and Vehicle Permits. * Proficiency in Operating License procedures * Proficiency in fleet control and vehicle management procedures * Knowledge of the destination **Skills:** * Use of digital and in-person platforms and procedures * Contact with various government agencies for procedure management * Organization * Proactivity * Strong oral and written communication skills * Efficient handling and control of files **Desirable:** * Excellent personal presentation * Gender: Indifferent * Must reside in Cancún * Experience in the Tourism Sector, Hospitality, or Travel Agencies. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 net + $1,000 food vouchers * Uniforms * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional development * Excellent work environment
