Job Objective: Identify and monitor any anomalies that may occur with the unit en route; provide direct support to operators; maintain constant communication with customers. Responsibilities: * Monitor units en route to meet all customer requirements * Detect potential anomalies en route and apply security protocols * Record route incidents; record arrivals and departures to share status with customers * Coordinate with maintenance on the status of units under repair to ensure trip availability * Support other tasks assigned as required by the nature of the position and the company * Comply with the Quality Management System, as well as safety and hygiene procedures; participate in training programs; submit applicable process reports in a timely manner Experience: 1 year in this position Education: Minimum high school diploma Knowledge of: * Basic GPS platform operation; SCT requirements; roads and highways; routes Rotating work schedule: * 1st shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Saturday; Sunday off * 2nd shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday; Sunday off * 3rd shift: 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Friday; Saturday off Shift rotation occurs weekly or every fifteen days, as directed by the Supervisor Monthly gross salary of $13,000.00, plus statutory benefits Availability to work in Santa Ana del Conde, near precast facility Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to rotate shifts? * Are you available to work trips to Santa Ana del Conde?
