Paseo de los Leones 602, Cumbres 2° sector, 64610 Monterrey, N.L. **Schedule** NIGHT SHIFT: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Fixed shifts Week 1 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) Week 2 (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) **Requirements** \- Degree and professional license (mandatory) \- Post-technical diploma (mandatory) \- Professional appearance \- Minimum 1 year or more of experience \- Responsibility and honesty \- Excellent treatment of patients, family members, and physicians **Essential Knowledge** Preparation, management, and monitoring of invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation Comprehensive management of vascular access, central catheters, tubes, and drains Assistance during invasive procedures (intubation, line placement) Crash cart management Adherence to patient safety protocols Timely detection of clinical changes and immediate notification to medical staff Intensive Care Specialist **$21,422 gross monthly salary** **Benefits** Savings fund: 8% Discounts and preferential pricing for consultations, supplies, medications, surgeries, and/or hospitalizations (applicable to immediate family members) Option for indefinite-term contract Monthly food vouchers Position type: Full-time Salary: $21,422.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Higher Technician program (preferred) Work location: On-site employment Expected start date: 03/01/2026
