




**Profile: Civil Engineer – Bidding and Estimation Area** **Position Objective:** Manage, analyze, and coordinate bidding processes, budget preparation, construction estimates, as well as the control and submission of piecework payroll records, ensuring cost accuracy, regulatory compliance, and project profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review budgets, item catalogs, and unit price analyses. * Prepare and follow up on public and private bids. * Compile and submit technical, administrative, and economic documentation for tenders. * Perform construction estimations based on physical and financial progress. * Verify executed volumes against work generation documents. * Coordinate the compilation and control of piecework payroll records, ensuring they match construction progress. * Support payment reconciliations with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. * Manage and update cost databases, input prices, and productivity rates. * Comply with current regulations regarding public and private construction projects. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (professional title and license desirable). * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in bidding, budgeting, and estimation. * Knowledge of public works regulations (laws, regulations, and applicable guidelines). * Proficiency in specialized software: Neodata, Opus, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Organized with attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Competencies:** * Critical analysis and results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and problem-solving.
