Unit price analysis and labor productivity analysis **CIVIL ENGINEER FOR COSTS DEPARTMENT NEEDED** **Salary based on qualifications** Job Description: **Location:** Centro, Mérida, Yucatán **Employment Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and proactive CIVIL ENGINEER to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks both within and outside the company. **Responsibilities:** · Supervise construction projects through cost control and management · Prepare public and private construction tenders · Maintain control over cost estimates · Conduct unit price analysis and labor productivity analysis · Proficiency in software: OPUS, AutoCAD, and Excel **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost-related roles (preferred) * Punctuality, honesty, and sense of responsibility Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $15,001.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
