




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, accounts payable control, inventory management, accounting documentation, and audit coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of administrative and accounting processes. 2. Inventory control and documentation. 3. Handling audits and suppliers. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Management of purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders. Accounts payable control and invoice validation (CFDI). Control of movable assets, physical inventories, and custody records. Classification and timely delivery of all accounting documentation (invoices, account statements, payroll records). Coordination of public audit engagements. Review of project deliverables. Expense tracking and verification. Responding to transparency requests. Interaction with suppliers.
