Responsibilities: · Oversee the entire cycle—from supplier unloading to final order loading—ensuring inventory accuracy. · Design warehouse layout to improve picking and packing efficiency, integrating automation and robotics processes where necessary. · Analyze real-time metrics such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, return rate, and staff productivity per hour. · Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations and hygiene standards, while managing machinery and equipment maintenance plans. · Select, train, and motivate operational staff, effectively managing shifts and task assignments. · Inventory Management Strategy · Determine safety stock levels to prevent stockouts due to disruptions in the global supply chain, balancing storage costs. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience.
