Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead teams, manage commercial routes, and ensure achievement of objectives in the distribution of veterinary medicines. Team development and continuous training We are a Mexican company with over 30 years in the market, dedicated to the distribution of veterinary medicines; due to growth, we require: SALES SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: Education: * Minimum completed bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years of sales experience within distributor companies. * Driver's license: Type Chauffeur. * Willingness to travel KNOWLEDGE: * Effective prospecting and sales techniques * Personnel management * Knowledge of commercial routes within the region FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Facilitate sales generation and delivery of goods to customers. * Manage promotions, discounts, etc. * Negotiate sales and collections of goods. * Supervise bank deposits. * Supervise the sales process and compliance with procedures and policies by assigned advisors. ACTIVITIES: * Supervise routes and advisors. * Manage and analyze Sales Advisors' visit reports. * Manage and analyze achievement of established sales and collection targets for your team. * Select, train, continuously train, and provide ongoing support to your team. * Plan, allocate, and supervise the travel allowance budget assigned to your team. * Analyze and organize timing and movements of sales routes and zones. * Conduct monthly portfolio audits for Sales Advisors.
