Monraz, Guadalajara, Jalisco Job Description: We are seeking a committed and proactive Recruiter to join our team at Twin Lions Casino. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring the onboarding of talent that drives the company’s growth and performance. Key Responsibilities: Post and promote job openings across various media and platforms. Receive, screen, and analyze candidate resumes. Coordinate and conduct selection interviews. Evaluate candidate profiles and select the most suitable candidates for each position. Maintain effective and transparent communication with applicants throughout the entire process. Collaborate with internal departments to identify staffing needs and define hiring profiles. Requirements: Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
