Company with over 31 years of market experience Position Sought: Purchaser Requirements: * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree (intern or graduate). * Minimum one year of experience in procurement. * Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system. * Responsible, honest, and proactive individual. Main Responsibilities: * Validate and monitor supplier agreements. * Ensure compliance with established agreements and manage potential breaches. * Implement the supplier management policy. * Review and share required documentation for onboarding new suppliers. * Place merchandise orders via the SAP system. * Ensure merchandise codes are registered with the support desk. * Share evidence of purchase requests submitted. * Track order deliveries until goods enter the warehouse. * Ensure deliveries occur on committed dates. * Verify receipt of merchandise against invoice and purchase order.
