Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physician to provide internal medical care, conduct examinations, deliver training, and manage occupational health for a pest control company. A company dedicated to manufacturing pest control products is seeking: Occupational Physician * Bachelor's degree in Medicine with official degree certificate and professional license. (Mandatory). * 1 year of experience as an occupational physician (Mandatory). * Experience completing and tracking ST\-7 and ST\-9 forms, submitting reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) and the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), knowledge of NOM\-030, NOM\-019, NOM\-035, NOM\-036 (Mandatory), safety and hygiene brigades and committees. We offer: Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weekends off. Weekly payment Monthly salary: $15,000 NET 30-day year-end bonus On-site cafeteria Our office is located three blocks from the UADY Faculty of Engineering and adjacent to the Yucatán Institute for Entrepreneurship. Main Responsibilities: * Provide medical care to the company's internal staff. * Conduct medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, anti-doping, breath alcohol tests). * Deliver training on Safety and Hygiene and first aid brigade topics. * Plan and jointly implement, with the Safety and Hygiene team, health promotion campaigns. * Promote healthy habits. * Monitor workers' health through proper documentation in occupational clinical records. * Manage the medical clinic (procurement of equipment and medications, control of medication inflow and outflow, validation of medical notes, etc.). * Identify and correct health-harming habits in the work environment. * Coordinate quarterly medical examinations for noise-exposed operators (conducted by an external provider). Plant walkthroughs jointly with the Safety and Hygiene Department.
