At our clinics, we perform diagnoses, treatments, examinations, and surgeries for various conditions affecting proper vision. About the Position: By joining our Nursing team, you will contribute to patient-centered activities, ensuring the proper execution of multidisciplinary activities within your assigned departments, complying with established medical procedures and standards to guarantee timely and high-quality patient care. You will guide patients by clarifying their questions and concerns; supervise daily appointment schedules; oversee the proper flow of consultations; safeguard signed and stamped prescription copies for patients; maintain electronically or physically generated reports from your assigned areas; approve requisitions for various units under your supervision; motivate your team members; support special events; maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with internal regulations, institutional policies, and standards. Review each patient’s file for special examinations; verify patient data, examinations, and correct patient identification; confirm corresponding examination payment; prepare the patient for the relevant examination; perform necessary maneuvers for the patient’s examination; sterilize instruments; review each physician’s surgical schedule; request surgical supplies from the warehouse on a weekly basis; prepare materials for sterilization; prepare intravitreal medications; channel patients and perform asepsis and antisepsis on the surgical site; prepare intraocular lens calculation reports and assist the physician during surgery.
