We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the **SL MEX SLP** team. We are an automotive sector company with over ***70 years of experience***, globally recognized ***with more than 29 plants across different regions of the world*** (Korea, China, Brazil, India, United States, Germany, Poland, and soon in Mexico), supplying KIA, Hyundai, BMW, and GM. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze root causes and solutions to problems. * Analyze maintenance performance, prepare an action plan, and implement it. * Establish, monitor, improve, and resolve issues related to equipment performance. * Develop and implement predictive maintenance processes on equipment. * Conduct problem analysis performed with equipment. * Provide planning and direction for maintenance activities. * Develop, train, and guide maintenance technicians and staff. * Implement improvement actions for manufacturing efficient machinery. * Supervise maintenance staff training and assignment. * Perform other tasks assigned by the manager. **Competencies:** * Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge. * Experience handling software: CATIA and SIEMENS NX. * Knowledge of PLC and ABB machines. * Proficiency with molding machines (LS, JSW, ENGEL). * Teamwork * Problem solving * Availability to work on weekends * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position * Advanced English * Preferably experience in automotive or lighting industry companies **Benefits:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements ***INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH AS AN ATTACHMENT*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
