RESPONSIBILITIES: - Continuously assess the clinical status of critically ill patients, identifying changes in their condition. - Administer medications, solutions, and therapies according to medical orders and ICU protocols. - Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on biomedical equipment (mechanical ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.). - Perform specialized nursing procedures (management of central venous access, endotracheal suctioning, airway care, catheters, drains). - Prevent and detect complications associated with ICU stays (healthcare-associated infections, pressure ulcers, thrombosis). - Record clinical information clearly, completely, and promptly in the patient's medical record. - Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for planning and implementation of the therapeutic plan. - Participate in training, updating, and continuous quality improvement programs in the ICU. - Comply with biosafety standards and institutional protocols. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Specialty Less than 1 year of experience Age: 25 years or older
