If you seek stability, well-structured processes, and real development opportunities, this vacancy is for you. ### **Job Description** The selected candidate will perform a dual role, combining biological sample collection with administrative tasks related to reception and cashier duties. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide clear information to patients regarding pre-sample collection requirements. * Perform venipunctures using automated Vacutainer technique (mandatory). * Collect blood samples, swabs (nasal and pharyngeal), and other biological fluids. * Conduct Pap smear tests when applicable. * Label, handle, and dispatch samples to the laboratory area following established protocols. * Enter patient and sample data into computer system/terminal. * Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile cash register. * Close cash register, conduct inventory count, and maintain the work area. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical Laboratory Technician (TLC), Technical Clinical Laboratory Technician (TLQ), or Nursing degree with professional license and ID card (preferred). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar position. * Proficiency in venipuncture techniques, syringe-based collection, and Vacutainer use. * Excellent patient care skills and empathetic communication abilities. ### **We Offer** * Monthly base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings Fund + Savings Plan * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Continuous training * Complimentary uniform * Job stability and growth opportunities * Positive work environmentAdditional benefits * Savings fund * Employee discount * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cost-free uniforms * Grocery vouchers **Apply through this channel or send your CV to leonardo.velasco@gda.mx with the subject line "Phlebotomist"**
