




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook specializing in pizzas, pastas, and hot line, capable of preparing and presenting food while ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Participating in the definition of gastronomic offerings **REQUIREMENTS:** **Essential experience in pizza, pasta, and hot line preparation.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Pre-prepare, prepare, present, and preserve all types of food, applying appropriate techniques to achieve established quality and economic objectives, while complying with food safety and hygiene regulations and practices. Additionally, the candidate must be able to participate in defining gastronomic offerings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare any dish according to the kitchen recipe book. * Report to the chef, sous-chef, and kitchen supervisor for any task assignments related to kitchen operations. * Perform cleaning activities in the assigned area. * Monitor and record food temperatures. * Rotate food items based on the assigned area. * Organize and prepare raw materials for service (Mise en place). * Receive raw materials based on their organoleptic characteristics.
