Position Profile: Clinic Manager Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise the clinic's overall operations, ensuring achievement of business, operational, and service objectives through effective management of personnel, resources, facilities, and patient experience. Required Profile Education Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Health Services Management, or related field. Postgraduate studies or specialization in administration and leadership are desirable. Experience Minimum 3 years in managerial or leadership roles. Experience in personnel management and team development. Experience in meeting commercial and operational performance indicators. Experience in customer service and client care.
