Experience: 3 years in the hospitality, healthcare, or renovation sectors. Schedule Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Knowledge of: Drywall, plastering and finishing, flooring, carpentry, furniture and interior decoration, plumbing and electrical installations. · Job Responsibilities: Conduct inspections to identify, review, and validate facility improvement needs, proposing solutions for pleasant, ergonomic, and functional spaces. Ensure the proper functioning and good condition of all facilities, furniture, and accessories through supervision of PPC (Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective) maintenance activities. Coordinate, assign tasks to, and supervise personnel under your responsibility. Supervise external personnel (suppliers). Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs based on control logs. Conduct tool inventories.
