High sense of responsibility, empathy, and assertive communication Communication with peer in the same position, schedule management, and timely tracking of customer arrivals to coordinate with operators regarding available transportation units, pick up customers, and deliver them to their destinations. It is important to maintain a positive disposition, as customers sometimes arrive on weekends at varying times due to flights, events, etc. GPS tracking and monitoring Positive attitude, high degree of responsibility and commitment, strong interpersonal relationship skills, empathy, assertive communication, and organizational ability.
