Our multidisciplinary team—comprising talented render artists, architects, designers, civil and industrial engineers, and modelers—leads with passion and dedication, ensuring every detail is a masterpiece of precision and creativity. **Your Opportunity.** Preparing civil works tender documents—from architectural review (drawings, renders, and BIM models) through to signing of service contracts—verifying consistency with specifications, drawings, budgets, and corporate policies, to support the Procurement Department and Project Management in selecting the best technical, economic, and compliance-oriented alternatives. **Key Responsibilities.** * Reviewing drawings, renders, and concept catalogs for civil works specialties under tender. * Preparing tender documents for civil works specialties. * Conducting technical analysis of civil works proposals from contractors and suppliers. * Preparing quantitative and qualitative economic and technical comparisons aligned with project scope. * Verifying consistency among budgets, drawings, and specifications. * Validating that proposals comply with local regulations where the project will be executed and with company standards. * Collaborating with Budgeting, Procurement, and Projects departments to conduct required analyses. * Supporting preparation of reports and presentations for the Procurement Director. * Maintaining full documentation traceability for all civil works tenders. **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. * **English language proficiency at B2 level (assessment required).** * Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and construction processes. * Technical knowledge of excavation, foundations, structural systems, masonry, and finishes. **Immerse Yourself in the Exclusive Benefits of Mundo Palace at The Palace Company** * Exclusive benefits: Major Medical Expense Insurance, Life Insurance, Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, Home and Auto Insurance, and Year-End Bonus. * Continuous training: Guaranteed professional growth both nationally and internationally, with personalized development plans tailored to you.
