Job Summary: Maintain electromechanical and refrigeration equipment in optimal operating condition, as well as cleaning and maintenance of machinery rooms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of electromechanical equipment in the machinery room. 2. Maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 3. Support in the hotel’s general operations. Ensure electromechanical equipment in the machinery room—including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, exhaust systems, AHUs, FCUs, heaters, control systems, pool machinery rooms, and water physicochemical parameters—remains in perfect operating and functional condition, as well as the physical condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of machinery rooms and support for the hotel’s general operations. Maintain all hotel refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in perfect condition, based on an established maintenance program and routine inspection schedule.
