Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to maintain and increase the occupancy targets of our services by establishing commercial partnerships and prospecting clients. Key Highlights: 1. City Express Plus by Marriott - Mérida (Paseo Montejo Area) is seeking a Sales Executive · Schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM – 7 PM / Saturdays 9 AM – 1 PM Salary: $14,000 monthly gross Bonus for meeting targets Bi-weekly payments 10% savings fund Complimentary daily full meal in the cafeteria · General responsibilities: Maintain sales targets by ensuring continuous occupancy of our services—be it rooms, meeting rooms for groups, or specific clients. Additionally, seek to establish commercial partnerships with other companies to utilize our services. Fieldwork is required for client prospecting/visits. A personal vehicle or motorcycle is required, along with prior sales experience (corporate experience preferred), negotiation skills, strong verbal communication ability, and excellent presentation.
