Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and organized property inspector to manage vacation rental properties, ensuring owner and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain properties in optimal condition and ensure guest comfort. 2. Interact with clients and vendors. 3. Excellent communication and guest service skills. We are a property and vacation rental management company looking for a new team member who is responsible, reliable, honest, organized, and hardworking. Mandatory Requirements: Must reside in San Lucas, have flexible availability, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess a good level of spoken and written English (conversational). Must enjoy interacting with clients and vendors. Strong communication skills are essential. The inspector will be assigned specific properties and will be responsible for inspecting each one weekly and submitting reports indicating any issues found, to coordinate prompt and appropriate resolution. It will be the inspector’s responsibility to maintain assigned properties in optimal condition so that both owners and guests enjoy comfortable stays. The inspector must also receive and assist arriving guests and ensure they have everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
