We are looking for a **BIM Project Architect** with experience in **architectural project development in Revit**, focused on **residential housing and apartment buildings**. The position is oriented toward **executive design**, technical coordination, accurate construction representation, and conceptual design. **Responsibilities** * Development of **architectural projects in Revit** (preliminary and executive design). * BIM modeling of **residential houses and apartment buildings**. * Preparation of **architectural drawings**, sections, elevations, and construction details. * Definition and representation of **construction systems**. * Coordination with engineering disciplines (structural and MEP). * Preparation of sheets for permits and construction. * Control of levels, grids, families, and the firm’s BIM standards. * Review and adjustment of models to ensure correct executive documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or advanced student). * **Proven experience as a Revit project architect**. * Proficiency in **Revit (Architecture)**. * Ability to develop projects from inception through to executive design. * Strong construction judgment and attention to detail. * Organized and methodical work approach. **Desirable** * Experience in **mid-to-high or high-end residential housing**. * Experience in **apartment buildings**. * Basic knowledge of **structural and MEP systems** for coordination purposes. * Familiarity with **AutoCAD, Photoshop, and/or rendering tools**. * Knowledge of urban regulations and building codes. **We Offer** * Involvement in residential and multifamily projects. * Professional growth within the design department. * A technical and collaborative work environment. * Salary commensurate with experience. * On-site employment.
