




Job Summary: Parcel Assistant responsible for quoting, generating shipping labels, tracking shipments, resolving incidents, and performing related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of domestic and international shipments 2. Incident resolution and shipment tracking 3. Preparation of reports and administrative control of parcel services Parcel Assistant Responsibilities * Quote shipments with various courier companies and logistics providers. * Compare rates, delivery times, and service terms. * Prepare and generate shipping labels (domestic and international). * Enter shipment information into internal systems or courier platforms. * Track shipments until final delivery. * Resolve incidents (delays, lost packages, returns). * Verify weights, dimensions, and required documentation. * Prepare invoices related to shipping services. * Control and record parcel-related expenses. * Validate invoices from logistics providers. * Support reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable control related to shipments. * Respond to and track requests from internal and external customers. * Prepare cost and performance reports for shipments. * File and manage documentation including shipping labels and receipts.
