




* Provide the various departments with the personnel they require. * Administer knowledge and psychometric tests to applicants undergoing the selection process. * Carry out appropriate personnel selection and hiring, subject to the requesting department’s requirements. * Draft employment contracts for new hires and conduct follow-up accordingly. * Provide new hires with the general induction program and coordinate with their immediate supervisor to schedule position-specific induction. * Compile new hires’ personnel files with all required documentation, maintain control over other personnel files, and review contract expiration dates to renew them as applicable. * Monitor proper use of materials provided by the company—whether for personal or safety purposes—such as the employee cafeteria, ID badge wearing, uniforms, and any other human resources–related items established by the company. * Supervise and internally manage personnel matters regarding punctuality, attendance, leave requests, loan applications, etc. * Ensure all personnel comply with company-established policies and procedures. * Issue written sanctions to personnel who violate policies and procedures. * Complete personnel hiring, termination, and salary adjustment forms and submit them to the accounting department, as well as timely file them with the relevant authorities. * Monitor whether immediate supervisors deliver monthly incentives to personnel and cross-check, with each area head, the performance ratings assigned to their staff. * Update personnel evaluation forms accordingly. * Establish agreements with educational institutions to facilitate students’ social service and professional internships. * Prepare attendance records for personnel across all areas, based on timecards and supported by incident reports that each area head must submit in advance. * Prepare biweekly payroll for employees, and control contributions, loans, union dues, and other earnings and deductions to be included. * In case of detecting discrepancies, notify the administrative coordinator and middle management from other areas involved in payroll regarding decisions to be made. * In coordination with the Accounting Manager, maintain control over employee benefits and the wage and salary regime. * Develop and implement the annual vacation program. * Compile personnel incident statistics—such as absences, tardiness, leaves, and disabilities—by area and individual, to support payroll control, personnel file maintenance, and application of sanctions or incentives where applicable; also to monitor human resources productivity indicators. * Receive and pay supplier invoices on the specified dates. * Develop plans and programs for the department. * Periodically review and update, as needed, organizational and procedural manuals. * Verify actual implementation of procedural manuals to standardize work methods. * Purchase and deliver uniforms to all personnel on time and as scheduled. * Schedule Sunday shifts and coordinate them with participating levels. * Identify training needs and develop the company’s annual training and development program. * Hire external trainers for course delivery and maintain a record of internal trainers available for participation. * Execute and monitor training programs. * Carry out activities aimed at achieving effective organizational communication, through which official communications and messages of interest are disseminated to personnel. * Develop a personnel integration activity program—including social, sports, cultural, and recognition activities—for personnel benefit, helping sustain a positive organizational climate. * Involve personnel in celebrating name-day festivities. * Establish and manage joint training and development committees, including documentation and processing before relevant authorities. * Control, schedule, and coordinate safety and hygiene committee inspections, as well as compile the corresponding documentation. * Implement systems to reduce workplace risks. * Conduct exit interviews with personnel leaving the company. * Submit the monthly productivity summary of area managers to the administrative coordinator. * Maintain sound relations with the labor union and participate in drafting collective bargaining agreements. * Participate in preparing the department’s budget. * Maintain proper control and filing of departmental documents. * Perform duties within established deadlines and timeframes. * Carry out any other tasks inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
