Fundación de Ayuda al Débil Mental A.C., FADEM, is a civil organization that promotes the lives of people with disabilities and seeks a committed collaborator to strengthen its human capital: **Human Resources Coordinator Position Description** **Objective:** Support the Foundation’s staff growth plan by ensuring proper recruitment of personnel, facilitating their integration through comprehensive training, and safeguarding a healthy work environment within the Foundation; **Position Responsibilities:** 1. Implement recruitment strategies for a staff of no more than 40 people, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of personnel to provide the necessary quantity and quality of human capital required to achieve the Foundation’s objectives. 2. Carry out the proper personnel hiring process, compiling, safeguarding, and updating employee files; monitor contract validity and promptly report each employee’s status regarding payroll incidents. 3. Implement human capital development plans, directly contributing to staff training by establishing an objective performance evaluation methodology aligned with the Foundation’s strategies. 4. Efficiently record payroll-related incidents in the NOI software on a biweekly basis for each employee comprising the Center’s staff. 5. Keep job profiles, position descriptions, and organizational charts updated according to the Center’s structural evolution. 6. Implement tools to detect and improve job satisfaction levels, thereby contributing to the creation and maintenance of a harmonious organizational climate. 7. Efficiently manage volunteering, professional internships, and social service programs with current educational institutions under agreement, while fostering new partnerships with additional schools. 8. Support General Management in drafting internal announcements to keep employees informed about any developments, as well as routine periodic notices. **Position Profile** **Bachelor’s Degree:** Psychology, Pedagogy, or Administration. Over 3 years’ experience in: Personnel recruitment and selection; diagnosis and implementation of training programs; manuals, procedures, and policies; compensation, salaries, and benefits; payroll processing.
