




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed individual to manage reservations, greet and seat customers, and deliver excellent service in a restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Knowing the restaurant’s capacity, number of tables, and which waiters/waitresses are assigned to each service area. Greeting customers at the restaurant entrance, accompanying them, and seating them at their chosen table. Presenting the menu to customers and inviting them to proceed to the buffet. Informing waiters/waitresses of the names of guests seated in their service area. Providing customers with information about hotel events and available services.
