Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal operation of facilities and equipment. A reputable company in the industrial maintenance sector is looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance preventive and corrective tasks: **painting, plumbing, metalwork, electrical work, drywall, etc.** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Practical experience in equipment maintenance and repair. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and carry out corresponding repairs. * Maintain facilities and equipment in optimal condition. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of principles and practices related to general maintenance—preventive and corrective—including painting, plumbing, metalwork, electricity, etc. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with the aforementioned equipment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Commitment to the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **Personal Skills:** * Problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, especially during restaurant peak hours. * Ability to work independently. * Attention to detail. * Collaboration. **Requirements:** * Age between 20 and 45 years. * Technological High School Diploma / Technical Degree in Electricity / Refrigeration / Maintenance or related field. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, plus weekend on-call duties as per the established schedule. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage.
