Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Salesperson for Cesantoni in Mérida, Yucatán, with experience in customer service, executive sales, and the ceramic sector. Key Highlights: 1. Due to the upcoming opening of a store in **Mérida, Yucatán**, Cesantoni is seeking: Store Salesperson — Salary plus commissions. **Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred; secondary education acceptable. Incomplete bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Marketing, Administration, Architecture, etc. **Experience:** * Customer service experience. Interaction with distributors. Executive sales experience. Excellent presentation and executive image, preferably within the ceramic sector *(flooring and wall coverings)*, construction industry, or hardware trade. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for personalized and exclusive attention to strategic customers visiting the store. * Experience in sales of finished or completed products in the ceramic sector *(flooring and wall coverings)*, market development strategy, and product placement. Provision of customer and distributor service and support at high quality standards, including personalized attention and sales experience. * Sale of finished products and post-delivery customer follow-up, including satisfaction tracking. * Follow-up on order handling, store organization, and display arrangement to ensure the store consistently delivers an unparalleled and exclusive customer experience; displays must be orderly and up-to-date, while facility supervision and cleaning must meet superior standards, always safeguarding the organization’s image.
