A leading real estate company is seeking the following profile: **Financial Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Actuarial Science (all are applicable for this role). * Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis). * Solid knowledge of corporate finance and key metrics such as IRR, ROE, ROI, and NPV. * Ability to build and update DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) models and periodically review underlying assumptions. * Experience generating reports and KPIs, and presenting results. * Proficiency in Google Drive and digital collaboration tools. * Experience with Monday.com (preferred).
