




Position Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant with excellent presentation skills to provide comprehensive support to management, handling administrative and coordination responsibilities. Key Points: 1. Experience in collections tracking and administrative reporting. 2. Management of the General Director’s schedule, travel, and meetings. 3. Executive first point of contact with clients and suppliers. **REAL ESTATE COMPANY SEEKING: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH EXCELLENT PRESENTATION.** **EDUCATION**: Bachelor’s degree, preferably bilingual * **Languages:** Fluent English (bilingual) preferred **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 4 years as an assistant **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Tracking rent collections for real estate properties. * Preparing various reports * Managing and prioritizing the General Director’s commitments, travel, and meetings. * Booking flights, hotels, and restaurants in Mexico and abroad. * Serving as the executive first point of contact for clients and suppliers on behalf of management. * Verifying expenses, handling confidential documentation, and organizing corporate events. **SKILLS**: High discretion, strong organizational ability, proactivity, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **LOCATION**: Jardines del Pedregal (near PERISUR) **SALARY**: $30,000–$35,000 + statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00–$35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
