Use of digital tools and support in corporate events **Executive Assistant – MASAGO Group (Mérida)** **Company:** MASAGO Group – Gas Stations and Restaurants **Location:** Juan Pablo II, Mérida, Yucatán **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 am to 5:00 pm** * Saturdays: **8:00 am to 12:00 pm** **Salary:** **$14,000 net monthly** **Main Responsibilities** * Managing executive schedules, appointments and meetings * Handling calls and emails as the primary point of contact * Drafting documents, reports and executive presentations * Organizing, archiving and controlling confidential information * Serving as liaison between executives, staff and other departments * Prioritizing information and resolving minor administrative matters * Supporting planning and execution of corporate events * Using digital tools (Office, email, calendars, Zoom) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting or related field** * Minimum experience: **2–3 years as Executive / Management Assistant** * Proficiency in: * **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** * Email and digital calendars * Zoom or other videoconferencing platforms **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of **$14,000** * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability with a solid company * Professional environment and opportunities for development Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
