Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to maintain and increase the occupancy of our services by establishing commercial alliances and conducting field prospecting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain sales targets for rooms and meeting rooms to groups. 2. Establish commercial alliances with other companies. 3. Field prospecting and client visits. Additionally, seek commercial alliances with other companies to promote utilization of our services. Field visits are required for prospecting and client meetings. A personal vehicle or motorcycle is required, along with prior sales experience (corporate experience preferred), negotiation skills, strong verbal communication, and excellent presentation.
