Description: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in the restaurant industry or inventory management, focused on financial control and business profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory control and analysis (food and beverages). - Identification of variances in consumption, shrinkage, and waste. - Profitability analysis by product and/or branch. - Support in menu pricing definition based on margins. - Operational cost and expense control. - Preparation of financial statements. - Tax compliance. This position is right for you if: - You have previously worked with actual inventories (not just desktop accounting). - You can identify discrepancies between theoretical vs. actual consumption. - You understand how inputs impact business profitability. - You are interested in improving processes, not merely recording information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. 2+ years of experience (ideally in restaurants, food, or retail). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
