Your Opportunity. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all activities related to hotel construction and renovation, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities. • Plan and control the project to ensure adherence to schedules, budget, and defined scope. • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site, verifying compliance with technical specifications and regulations. • Guarantee construction quality standards aligned with hotel requirements. • Manage cost control through review of estimates, tracking of physical-financial progress, and deviation control. Requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. • Willingness to relocate to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality (guest rooms) or luxury building construction. • Valid passport (minimum validity of 2 years). • Software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Office suite (intermediate Excel).
