Job stability **Custodial / Cleaning Staff** **Batbox & Mulligans – SIMCo Concepts** **Full-time | Rotating shifts** At **Batbox and Mulligans**, we are seeking committed and responsible **Custodial Staff** to help us keep our branches clean, organized, and in optimal condition to deliver the best experience to our customers and team. **Main Responsibilities** * Cleaning and disinfecting common areas: rooms, restrooms, hallways, simulator areas, dining area, and terrace. * Cleaning operational and support areas: kitchen, bar, storage room, and offices. * Proper collection and handling of waste. * Restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies. * Reporting damages or maintenance needs. * Assisting with deep cleaning, events, or special setups. * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleaning product usage protocols. **Requirements** * Minimum education level: **Completed secondary school**. * Experience in cleaning or custodial work (preferred). * Attention to detail and service-oriented attitude. * Availability for **rotating shifts** and weekend work. * Responsibility and commitment. **Schedules** * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (midweek day off): * Opening shift: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm * Midday shift: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm * Closing shift: 5:00 pm – 2:00 am **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net * Statutory benefits + enhanced benefits * Job stability * Dynamic and respectful work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Sick days * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Dining service * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
