Dynamic work in a high-operation environment **Location:** Mérida (Caucel, Dorada, Kukulkán) **Salary:** * Daily: $400\.00 * Weekly: $2,800\.00 * Approximate monthly: $12,000 – $12,150 Job Purpose Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing for the establishment, guaranteeing precise cash reconciliations, administrative control, and efficient customer service. Main Responsibilities * Fast and accurate collection of payments. * Perform cash reconciliations during and at the end of the shift. * Cash counts and validation. * Record sales and transactions in the system. * Prepare daily cash reports. * Identify and report discrepancies. * Maintain order and control in the cash area. * Assist with basic administrative tasks. Job Performance Indicators (KPIs) * **Cash Accuracy:** Zero discrepancies or within the permitted margin. * **Payment Speed:** Avoid queues and waiting times. * **Error Control:** Minimize incidents at the cash register. * **Report Submission:** Timeliness and accuracy of documentation.
