Active participation in school projects and events **We are seeking a CERTIFIED ENGLISH TEACHER (FULL-TIME) for BILINGUAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – August 2026 Academic Year** **Requirements:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences, Education, Elementary Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related fields \-Minimum B2 level certification (TOEFL, CAMBRIDGE, or OXFORD certificate required) \-Teaching experience with elementary-level students \-Ability to work with four already-active classes \-Pedagogical skills, classroom management (discipline and motivation), and proficiency in educational technology platforms \-Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving competencies **Main Responsibilities:** \-Teach English to \*FIRST and SECOND grade elementary students (two classes)\* \-Serve as and \*supervise as the Lead/Certified Teacher\* for one of the two classes \-Propose and supervise projects related to the assigned class \-Support coordination of parent-teacher meetings on general matters \-Assist with student arrivals and dismissals \-Develop monthly lesson plans, assessments, and academic reports for students \-Grade assignments and evaluations, and record results in the institutional platform \-Prepare grade reports and follow up on special student cases as needed \-Enter grades into the system and keep academic records updated \-Attend three annual report card distribution meetings with parents (held in the afternoon) \-Actively participate in school events and activities (Hanal Pixán, Halloween, Carnival, among others) \-Participate in quarterly academic projects and present them to parents, per the institutional program **We Offer:** $12,000 MXN monthly total / $12,500 MXN if B2 certification (TOEFL, CAMBRIDGE, or OXFORD) is provided (productivity bonus; biweekly payroll payment) \-Statutory benefits and savings fund \-Long-term career growth **Schedule:** \-Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 2:30 PM (teaching hours plus administrative time) **Location:** García Ginerés, Mérida, Yucatán.
