




Job Summary: APE Plazas is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to supervise, organize, and direct administrative processes, serving as the key liaison between management, tenants, and vendors. You will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and directing the plaza’s administrative processes, acting as the liaison among management, tenants, vendors, and administrative staff. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; incomplete degree, candidate, or graduate accepted. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a coordinator in administrative areas. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using CRM or ERP systems. * Tenant contract execution. * Vendor interaction (quotations). * Internal KPIs and administrative reporting. * Availability to work on weekends. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise daily administrative activities. * Administer and control budgets, expenses, and vendors. * Address and resolve various issues raised by tenants. * Provide administrative support to tenants and plaza visitors. * Supervise administrative staff. * Review tenant files.
